All keratin treatments will require a credit card to hold the appointment. We require 48 hours notice for cancellation or a 50% charge will be billed to the card.
Straightening & Perms
Straighteners, perms and Japanese Straightening all require a 50% deposit to secure the appointment. We honor a 48 hour cancellation policy for full refund. In the event that the client cancels within less than 48 hours the client will forfeit their deposit.
